What they are not telling you is that this is a 1,00,000 house. Imagine what the property tax, utilities and insurance are on it. All on tiny lots run by a HOA that tells you exactly what you can and cannot do. And don't forget the dump across the street which smells so lovely on a breezy day while sailing on fake Lake Viridian. Makes you want to BBQ!

The landfill is being covered with 3 feet of engineered soil and covered in a $500,000 landscape package.Over 100 methane capture tanks. The only people that constantly bring up the landfill are the people that don’t live here. Landfill is a non issue and the developer spent millions bringing this area out of a flood zone. So yeah, we’re not worried about that! I’m saving so I can move out of my townhouse into my forever home deeper inside the community next year. Blessed everyday I live here! The pride I feel everyday I pull into here is amazing. Most beautiful community in DFW!
