I really wish she would get help. My cousin just passed away from Anorexia. She was 23 and 55lbs the day she died. It was awful watching her fade away, and I'm truly afraid for Eugenia and her family. I really have no hate, just fear. There is only so much your body can take before it crashes 😔
@xoxprincesspaigexox I’m so so sorry for your loss. That is heartbreaking 💔 it’s also heartbreaking watching someone you love fade away from Anorexia. I developed an eating disorder in High School and I thought I looked great. My parents put me into treatment and got me with an amazing psychiatrist and slowly I learned how awful I looked and how much destruction I was doing to the inside of my body. I went in at 82 pounds and left at 125 pounds which is a good weight for me. I’m 5’1 so I fluctuate between 125 and 135 pounds and I’m happy with that. I can control my urges, I still see my psychiatrist on a regular basis and I love myself now. I found out two weeks ago that one of my friends that was in treatment with me passed away from anorexia. She fought and fought for years. She did really great for many years but she went through a very difficult divorce and she went downhill from there.
I hope Eugenia gets the help she needs and deserves before it’s too late or her organs start shutting down. She seems really nice but she’s not healthy.

Eugenia was told repeatedly in her comments section to stop promoting her ED in her content. The only reason to always walk around half naked in her condition is to show off your ED and I don't care what anyone says THAT IS WHAT SHE WAS DOING. There were tons of comments from people saying that she was "inspiration" for them and how they wanted to be as skinny as she was. And there were lots of comments saying that people started down their road to having an ED after starting to watch her. So, she can't claim she didn't KNOW the harm she was causing. I am positive that some of those people have since died and will die in the future because of her recklessness and not caring about the harm she was causing. She knows that what she is doing is causing other young girls and boys to fall into the trap of an ED and she does not care, she continued to do it anyways. That proves what type of a person she REALLY is. She has the right to do whatever she wants to HER body, she does not have the right to knowingly promote ED to other young impressionable people. All she had to do was cover up and she wouldn't be in this position but she refused to do that, she brought this on herself and I don't feel sorry for her one bit. Maybe next time she will listen when her comment section is full of comments saying to stop what she is doing. The people promoting obesity, such as Nicocado, should be demonetized also, they are no better than her. It is one thing to suffer from an ED and another thing all together to PROMOTE IT!

It was deliberate, and she repeated it trying to go further each time, knowing the reaction it would get. She's always been careful in the past to not explicitly promote it, so she could still be within guidelines. But I think she got away with it so many times she began to feel she could do practically anything. I think a young influencer on the platform recently passed away from the same condition and they may be reviewing policies, because of all the loopholes being used to promote/glamourize the lifestyle, and influencers losing their lives as a result. This is already happening and increasingly evident lately across social media.

She KNEW she could not use "words" or she would have been banned or demonetized a long time ago! So instead she pranced around have naked to promote how skinny she was, that feeds the ANA community and drives impressionable young people to see that and want to be like that and she KNEW that because she probably got her ED from watching someone just like her! She didn't and doesn't care how many young people she drives into ED or how many will die from her actions!
It’s a valid point but let me tell you she wasnt the first to post so called thinspirations and she wont by far be the last to do so. Then, nobody whose in their right mind or mentally sane, will develop an ed just by seeing some underweight girl on social media. Ed‘d people or people who develop one, they already have their minds warped and they use it as coping mechanisms for traumas. Look into tumblr culture of the 2000’s, look at the models and what was portrayed as the beauty standard on women for years. She is fueling the fire but she is not the root cause of anything, at the end of the day shes just as insane as all the other ed accounts spread all over social media motivating each other and sharing their tips and tricks, only difference is her much wider range, her popularity and the fact that she’s seen as an influencer, having fans etc. So she learned to make some use out of peoples reactions on her, as everybody uses her for tea and drama. Thats how our society works, nothin more nothin less.
Her issue is that as an anorexic people pleaser she can’t handle being popular. Showing off her looks may be the only way of finding safety due being in control for her. A morbid rebellion against the pressure to act accordingly the impact she has to be a good role model for vulnerable viewers. She also has a group of followers who would never stop picking on her, dehumanizing her, acting as if she was no person at all, like a robot or a talking doll with no feelings - they are (enviously?) triggered by her or ridicule what they can’t comprehend, then some may have a loved one with an ed who associates with her. So she gets lots of negative feedback for all sort of reasons and obviously got plain deaf to it. This situation is very complex.
Repeated behaviour isn’t just a mistake. Flashing kids a dozen different times isn’t an accident.

I'm still fervently hoping against hope that she gets it together and has a few more good years to live; she's done enough damage to herself already and probably won't get old.
When she goes, I'll be extremely sad. She hasn't had a great life. Bullied for years in school, fake friends, crummy parents, no love life, bullying on the internet, the extreme mental torment that comes from having an ED. And these are only the things we KNOW.
If she's really being so controlled by that awful mother and not allowed to leave the house without her, I hope there'll be an investigation.

You do not know that. She can recover. The human body can recover miraculously with just some healing time. I've seen people who looked like 80 year old men recover, and look like they are back in their 30s in a few short months. My best friend shockingly did from years of drug abuse. It was absolutely shocking his before, and after. He looked way worse than her.

@@spookshow6999 I've been a nurse at an ED treatment facility for 6 years. Eugenia Cooney is in late stage AN. She's been this way for many years and has gotten help (against her will) only once. If she doesn't start taking her illness seriously very soon her heart will give out or she'll go into a coma. I know the telltale signs. She often has purplish legs and hands (acrocyanosis) which means her blood vessels have to constrict to keep her body warm. She's losing the hair on her head due to severe undernourishment.

My cousin just died from anorexia. She was in 3 comas before she finally passed away at 55lbs. Sometimes rock bottom doesn't mean anything to someone struggling like that.
Rock bottom is a myth, because there is always lower. Addiction can and will take everything from you, including your life.

@Valgoghart there's a point when all of life is crashing down around you and you are faced with that awareness- it's either go up, or crash and burn. I got that point in 2017. I chose to quit drinking and doing drugs. My husband couldn't and unfortunately passed in 2020. If there's a will to live and a faith that life could be better on the otherside, then you grow from it. Just like a seed that's been planted deep in the earth. You gotta believe there's sunshine to stretch towards. I just hit my 7 years since my last drink. I put it all down and my life is 100 xs better then the mess I left behind me. Yes, it could always go deeper and you could die- but those are your roads to choose- but it is when someone starts to lose it all that they have the best chance at making a change.

When things hit an all time low with us- it pushed me to get sober, but he refused. I got better- he got sick and died in 2020. So I do know about addiction. That's why I said "I hope this is the wakeup call she needs" cuz at the end of the day- they're the only ones who can heal themselves.

Like I used to be an alcoholic and I was still losing weight like crazy. She might not think she has a problem but she does and it's hard to see her like this when I used to be just as thin I'm a healthy weight now but she's got demons

I don't see why everyone is concerned when she has said that she will never be healthy again and she isn't concerned about her health. This video is also riddled with errors. Eugenia never sought our help, she was forced into it by people who were concerned about her, and in return, Eugenia threw them under the bus. The only reason she isn't active on Live on TikTok is because that's the only app that has a large audience that will pay for her Lives, and now she can't do that anymore. If she ever returns it's because of money and not for her fans. She doesn't even care for them as she has had pedophiles in her chats, who have approached children and she didn't once care. So please don't feign concern for her as she doesn't care for anyone, not even herself. And if she is to ever return looking healthy know that it was for money and that she will probably slip into the same harmful behavior.
