@@Foreverenpointe To start working out, i would recommend Chris Heria. He is a very skilled calesthenics athlete, and he has videos on how to start. But you don't even need full workouts to start. You can just start by doing push ups, squats and pull ups. Later on you can make it more difficult by doing different kinds of exercises. And always do sets. For example 15 pushups, 1 minute rest then again 15, then rest and do it again. To build muscle, it is important to eat after a workout. The best food after a workout is the one with high protein, such as eggs and nuts.
I know this feeling. I had surgery on my foot 4 times and I basicly didnt workout for 2 and a half years. After those years have passed I wasn't able to do 1 pushup or even run. Now I exercise 5 days a Week and got a great diet. I can now do 20 push-ups and finally run and swim properly. And I will keep going till I reach my dream body.

Just found this channel. I’m trying to lose weight. I’m obese. Now i lost 3kg. From 82kg to 79kg after 3 weeks.. so hard to lose weight! And my motivation down hill!! Watching 5videos from this channel makes me motivated more.. thanks!!!!

loosing weight is A HELL of a job, but it's doable
as a med student I can't hold myself from thinking about obesity as a disease
this thing gives you way more chances of dying from things such as diabetes, heart attacks and cholesterol related problems so it's really about your LIFE
I'm sure you have family members and friends that want to spend good quality time with you, so think about them too
Plus, feeling comfortable with your own body must be a nice thing (saying must cause I don't have the nicest relation with mine, but we're working on it)

I totally understand this. For me; going to the gym has always been the easy part. It's the nutrition that I struggle with.
It's weird how people are so different. For me the eating is extremely easy but the workouts are a challenge if I'm not already in good shape. I'm currently working down from 90kg with a goal of 75kg (currently 88kg after two weeks of diet). It's the second time in my life of doing this so I know it's achievable. High protein diets suit me because I never feel that full, I really have to limit my carbs to get in shape otherwise I'll just over eat the calories.
you guys have made me so happy over my life bro even though i am young and only in secondary school you guys have helped my confidence and believe in myself to push the capibilities and i really hope to meet you guys in person some time and we can do a transformation of me going more fit but dude if my parents aprove it and u say youll do it man that will be my best memory thank you for the amazing confidence and ride you have given me

you need proper shoes to support and cushion the injured foot. i recommend hoka one ones or saucony triumph series. they are about 200+ but work amazingly. i went from struggling walking 10k steps to running 20+km

for my fellow beginners. you can’t get the Great results in 1-2 month.. with healthy diet and healthy workout you will start to see changes in 3-4 months.. with consistency and dedication of course. progressive overload and warmup before the workout and stretching after the workout. take care of yourself and set realistic goals.. good results need time ❤

While I'm very happy to see his results and strongly believe he put insane amounts of work into that transformation, I think this video sets false expectations for beginners and people who are not as genetically gifted as this dude.
Browney did say it in the video, but his day 1 strength stats are already way better than what most beginners archieve in half a year of training, especially the pull ups and push ups. I'm training for 1,5 years now and still cannot hit 50 push ups in one set at 175Lbs. I'm sure I have below average genetics so I'm also no reference, but if you start lifting please don't expect results like the ones shown in the video.
On top of that, he's saying that he got fat/ feels fat is straight up body dysmorphia. Fat, are you kidding me this is like 13-15% body fat at most. He started out leaner that most guys. Don't feel bad for starting at a higher body fat Percentage.
Lastly, why does he have to eat so many proteins? Thats more than 2 grams per kg of body weight. I don't think you need that much, between 1,5 and 2 should be more than enough to build muscle. But that's a debatable point.
These videos are "unrealistic", the physical appearance from day 0 to day 30 is most likely unchanged, because in day 30 he works out really hard right before the pictures, getting a pump then shooting pics. In day 0 there is no pump, if you took the same picture day 0 and day 30 with no pump you wouldn't be able to see any difference. The only progress in this video are pushups from 50-69 and pullups from 11 to 20, as well as the measurements, but the physical transformation is the clickbait.

I feel his struggle and more. I had several bumps along the way.. I injured my leg but luckily no surgery, only had it immobilized for 2 weeks, had surgery on my left hand + hernia surgery..
Worst part is because of hernia I have to be really careful with weights.. I try to stay in shape how I can only with cardio and light weights..

I gain a lot of weight the last few years and I am finally about to change that now I have more time besides working. I started with eating healthier and went from 125kg to 116kg. But the last 3 kg's are really going slow. I am 1.86m and 34 years. I signed up for the gym and will start shortly. My goals are to get to 100kg and turn the fat into muscles. When I reach that goal I want to try and get to 88kg as my goal if possible. Biggest struggle for me is finding the combination of healthy food/diet and weight lifting. I work in 2 shifts. Early and LAte depending on the week so I have to work with that when it comes to choices of food and times to go to the gym. Might have to start looking into home excersises as well that won't require any or many weight lifting stuff. I know this channel for some years and now my mind set is on reaching my goals I am watching the channel mare lately.. I hope to find what I need or someone that can help me out with tips and stuff.
