    Ingredient for schezwan sauce.
    8 to 10 kashmiri red chilli.
    10 cloves of garlic.
    As per taste sugar & salt.
    2 small tbsp.oil.
    Ingredient for noodles.
    Noodles.
    1 ltr.water.
    2 small tbsp.oil.
    Oil for fry.
    Ingredient for boilng rice
    1 bowl rice.
    As per taste salt.
    1ltr.water.
    Ingredient for manchurian balls.
    1 small cabbage.
    1 carrot.
    ¼ cup maida.
    ¼ cup corn flours.
    3 clove garlic.
    1 inch ginger.
    As per taste salt.
    1 tbsp. schezwan sauce.
    1 tbsp. green chilli sauce.
    1 tbsp. red chilli sauce.
    1 tbsp. soya sauce.
    Pinch of ENO.
    1 tbsp. water.
    Oil for fry.
    Process: -
    Take 8 to 10 Kashmiri Red Chilli That Is Soaked In Water In Overnight.
    Remove All The Seeds from soaked chilli.
    Add 10 cloves of garlic & soaked chilli in mixture jar.
    Now Grind The Red Chilli and Garlic & Your schezwan paste Is Ready.
    Take 1 Bowl Bashmati Rice, Soak the same in Water for 1 Hour.
    Start A Flame & Take A Pan, add 2 small tbsp. oil., Schezwan paste and water, salt and sugar as per taste
    Mix Well, Cook for 8 To 10 Min and your Schezwan Sauce Is Ready.
    Take A Pan Add Soaked Rice & Add Salt
    Start the flame and keep rice Little Un cook.
    Spread The Rice & Remove The Water.
    Take A Kadai Add Water & once Water Is Hot Add Noodles.
    Cook noodles for 7 t0 10 minute
    Remove The Water & Spread The Noodles.
    Add 2 Small Tbsp. oil in Noodles.
    Take A Chopper Jar Add Half Small Cabbage & 1 Carrot.
    Start Chopper And Your Chopped Mix Veg Is Ready.
    Take A Bowl And Add Chopped Vegetabl, Add 1/4 Cup Maida & 1/4 Cup Corn Flours.
    Add 3 clove chopped garlic & grated 1 inch ginger.
    Add As Per Taste Salt & 1 Tbsp. Schezwan Sauce, add 1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce & 1 Tbsp. Green Chilli Sauce & pinch of ENO.
    Proper Mix It & Add 1 Tbsp. Water.
    Prepare Manchurian Ball.
    Take A Fry Pan Fry Manchurian Balls till Golden Brown in colour.
    Take A Fry Pan Fry some Boil Noodles.
    Take another pan & start Flame, Add 2 Big Tbsp.Oil.
    Add Half chopped Onion. 1/4 Cabbage , half capsicum.
    Add 1 Chopped Green Onion, Some Grated Ginger & 4 Pcs Chopped Garlic.
    keep stirring & don't overcook vegetables.
    Add Half Tbsp. Black Pepper & 3 Tbsp. Schezwan Sauce.
    Add 1 Tbsp. Green Chilli Sauce,1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Sauce,
    1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce.
    Add Boil Rice & Mix Well.
    Add Boil Noodles & Mix Well.
    Add As Per Taste Salt.
    Add Chopped Green Onion & Coriander Leaves.
    Mix Well & make Flame Off.
    Take A One Bowl, Add 1 Tbsp. Corn Flours & Half Cup Water, Mix well.
    Take A Pan, start flame & Add 1 Big Tbsp. Oil.
    Add Half Chopped Onion, Chopped Garlic & Ginger.
    Mix Well.
    Add Some Cabbage, 1 Chooped Green Onion & 1/4 Capsicum.
    Add 1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Sauce & 1 Tbsp. green chilli Sauce.
    Add 1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce & 2 Tbsp. Schezwan Sauce.
    Add Half Cup Water, As Per Taste Salt.
    Add Manchurian Balls & Corn Flours Water.
    Mix Well & cook for 5 minute.
    Taste Rice with Manchurian.
    Garnish rice with Fry Noodles & Green Onion.
