Like in bo2 had only 13 slots you can use on ur loadout not gun but loadout perks,attachments,gun, and throwables, there’s also wildcards where one of them was overkill i kinda want something similar to that

Solid point about there needing to be a stronger penalty for overkill. What do you think about it consuming all three perks if you chose it? That way you couldn't have amped or quick fix if you're already carrying that much firepower.
