Which apex locator is good in today's time to buy other than j morita and coltene

Thank u sir
Sir What to do for hypersensitive tooth during crown cutting if not RCT treatd?
Do crown preparation under local anaesthesia but be careful.
Give temporary crown always in such cases🙏🙏
Thanks for this nice video sir. Can we buffer the LA by sod. bicarbonate in these cases or by use of bupivacaine can we achieve desired anaesthesia?
Hi
Bupivacaine is long lasting. But in hot tooth, we need an early onset rather than long duration.
No idea about effect of buffering the LA.
Regards
Usually NaHCO3 (being alkaline,pH=8.5) is added to buffer with abscess(being acidic,ph>=6)
This property of sod.bicarbonate can be barely effective in hot tooth cases.
I think we are mixing and miss understanding this symptom, most of the time it's the inferior molar, why it's almost not found in the other teeth, that because the anesthesia is not adequate
Sir my pulp has died due to the use of depulp but the pain is still there...what should I do sir? Dentist is saying there isn't a missing canal in my molar as she found 3 canals...And I don't even feel pain when she insert every length of k files in my canal...what should I do sir?
Any contraindications for 4% Articaine?
Is it neurotoxic in the long term??
I am little confused ..this case come under syptomatic irreversible pulpitis or necrosis ...Read somewhere that pulp necrosis also produce heat gases..Do both hot tooth and pulp necrosis both have hot sensitivity or produce heat gases or only hot tooth has hot sensitivity ??Thanx
Thanx sir..Do in some cases of pulp necrosis produce gases ( heat) on taking anything hot.??.Thanx

Sir what gauge of syriyge is used in block ????
@@Endocrisps tnks sir .plz make a vedio on how to give painless nerve block specially in palatal block........
it is easily the most painful experience i have ever had... the only thing that helped was ice cold water and for seconds at a time
the dentist had to give a shot directly into the nerve which was very panful, but after that it was immediate relief
As we know pain killer is not much effective in pulpits . Why you recommend pain killer ? Can you pls explain ?
Painkillers are quite effective in pulpitis. Premedication is always an aid to local anesthesia 🙏
Reference?
I made channel for the concepts which comes with experience not by literature mostly🙏
If give 3 day medicine before treatment
Patient with Hot tooth is in such pain that he/she can't bear it for 3 days
@@Endocrisps for extraction access open and give interapupal with pressure is effective or not
RCT filling k baad bhi pain ho rha hai what should I do..?
A little pain is expected for 2-3 days after RCT sometimes.
If pain is severe or persists for long time, then we need to check xrays
Sir apka pb 15 aboher me koi dr jnta hai mujhe job chiya do sal ka experience hai mera me BDS nhi hu kuch or sik lu fir kroga
Bhai bina degree k kaam krna illegal. Agar aapko interest h to phle degree kro. Mere videos dental students ya dentists k liye hai.
Idea about hot tooth before giving l A
Patient giving symptoms of hot sensitivity relieved by Ice pack is indication of hot tooth.
Only issue with pulp, rest will get anaesthetized.
So, no issues with extraction 🙏🙏
I find that most of the time, when I have a hard time w/ IANB, asking the pt to open and close their mouth helps. This bc I noticed too that difficult IANB at the beginning of the procedure were completely numb by the time I finished. I find that it has more to do with them keeping their mouth open. Also waiting, but more bc of keeping mouth open
Thank you for the video
