i used to go here with my friends from north west indiana. we were always welcomed and accepted. i miss those days. god loves us all . were one in the eyes of God !!!!!!!
sounds good they got rid of the Hammond organ I was a member of this church for many years I'm now in the hills of Alabama but I still listen to my church every now and then I love this church First Church of Deliverance has always been a favorite of mine I first joined this church in 1978 I was 18 this church brings back great memories
When I watch videos like this I like to see how many Gospel musicians/singers/artist I recognize in the church. I see Pastor James Bryson, Lue Della Evans Reid, Fred Nelson, Larry Beasley, Johnell Nicholas, Carneal Overton, Pastor DeAndre Patterson, Walt Whitman, Pastor Eric Thomas, and Bishop Larry Trotter. I'm sure there are more that I don't recognize. I enjoy seeing the church rejoicing!
The 11 o'clock service on the radio kept me alive. Never had the chance to say thanks. Just something about First Church that has me truly amazed. Spiritually. God is All. Thank you.
I believe they had the Hammond Elegante and replaced it with a B3. More skweeky orchestral sound on the Elegante but the B3 is the B3! Looks like they have the same Leslies still, nothing like the sound!
I went to First Church 11:00 service many years ago and I think there were 2 B-3's. One of them was played by a very young man. Does anyone remember his name?
