- this whole process was so terrible and i am really disappointed with how everything went down. i spent 2 days straight at my computer and had to go through so many glitches and errors and getting kicked out of the queue and everything. i was lucky enough to secure upper bowl tickets for the first show in AZ and one of the shows in LA. i am so so thankful that i was able to be one of the few that could even get tickets at all.
it is so devastating to hear that so many real dedicated fans couldn’t get tickets because of ticketmaster’s mistakes and greed. the scalpers and resellers are making it impossible for fans to get tickets for a reasonable price. it really ruined the excitement of this process and made a lot of fans feel defeated and unseen. i am truly sorry if you weren’t able to get tickets and i really hope that taylor is able to fix this and get tickets into the hands of her real fans.
i hope that with time, this gets figured out & there is still a chance to make things right.

I literally live 20 minutes away from the Arizona venue and I could NOT get a ticket. 😭 Two days and 12 hours for nothing. But I do feel that Taylor's fans have supported her in changing the music industry in supporting her re-recording, I sure hope she supports her fans in changing how we can buy her tickets. I'm a soldier who's returning half her weight.

I’m from Peru and I completely sympathize with the people who had gotten tickets for Brazil, in fact I very well could’ve been one of them, and I know exactly what you mean that US swifties act like getting tickets to a concert is their human right, when it absolutely isn’t, and they should feel lucky to have much better access to Taylor and her performances.
That said, i would never laugh at other fans not getting tickets in general. I do agree that it was annoying to hear so many fans acting like they’d been brutalized somehow. Like chill, there are people that are dying, it’s not that serious. I’m actually super happy that I managed to get tickets for Tampa this time.

I got 6 tickets, I was so shocked! It happened during school. My friends and I were freaking out during the whole process screaming because ticket master kept crashing, but then somehow i managed to get them and everyone in the class started clapping LMFAOO. It was the most intense moment of my life😭

I watched everything from the sidelines as an international swiftie and it stressed me out so I can’t even imagine the stress levels of actually trying to buy them. Ticketmaster is ridiculous they literally only had one job and couldn’t do it 🙄

Here in Aus we didn’t get a queue. We just got “if we like you, you get picked. if we don’t, your just gonna stare at a blank screen that says your turn to purchase tickets is coming, even tho it’s not”

One thing I think a lot of people overlooked was the fact we were only allowed 10 minutes to get in, get tickets and then out. Leaving essentially NO TIME to really view and pick perfect seats.

I am watching this now. My presale is on Wednesday the day of the so called “last show”. I didn’t get tickets for Cincinnati, Detroit, or Chicago so I actually started crying when I found out she decided to add more shoes and have one in Indianapolis which is where I live! I could only find nosebleeds for like $230 and even those wouldn’t go through, I gave up on a budget to see if I could even get anything into my cart and the closest I got was an error message saying it couldn’t complete the purchase on my device 😔
@@triciazena81 yeah I heard that but I don’t think it made a difference, I used a computer, had issues, couldn’t get tickets and some people used phones and could get tickets

I am glad you got tickets! I got my ticket for the Tampa show! It took me about 3 hours to get them and multiple attempts to get tickets, check out, having to repeat the steps. Getting told my code was invalid, repeating the process…and finally getting to pay for my ticket!

Lucky. I’m ridiculously jealous because I couldn’t get any and tried to go to Seattle too.
I really agree about the Spotify statement! As an international Swiftie about to enter this Great War, if the fan verification process was as simple as linking your Spotify, I would be confident I could get tickets since my 2022 wrap-up said I was amongst the top 0.5% listener in the UK for 2022. But given that anyone can sign up to be registered as a verified fan, I am not optimistic.

oh my gosh, i got front row of upper bowl too for opening night
I eventually gave up and bought from StubHub the day after presale went live. I had to work the day that the presale opened and sadly couldn't sit on the computer for all those hours to get them at face value. Ended up with seats in row 8 of the 100s section right next to her stage in Philadelphia on Mother's Day, so I'm perfectly fine with that!

i was able to get 2 tickets to chicago on the floor for 260 a piece and i’m extremely grateful but i don’t understand why the prices are differing so much from stadium to stadium especially cause chicago is quite popular
some of it has to do with dynamic seating prices and some of it has to do with the amount of in house reselling going on. i'm *incredibly* jealous that you were able to get Chicago tickets cause that's the one i would've tried getting tickets for had the general public sale happened and the reselling isn't obscene amounts of money (on stubhub the cheapest ticket i could find is $720 for NOSEBLEEDS)

My dad got me tickets for the show on 5/14 in Philly! It was my Christmas gift, I legit sent my Dad to war I feel like. I was legit on the phone with him the entire time, we were both exhausted at the end of it. I feel awful for all those who didn't get tickets.

Good thing about this video is that you recorded that TM asked for the Verified Fan code AFTER waiting in queue and not before like they claimed at some point. So that of course contributed to the system crashing down

So lucky 🥺 I waited several hours for Seattle tickets, got stuck in the queue and when I got in ever ticket was sold.
I was one of the unlucky ones not able to get tickets. On ticket master for 7 hours :/
I waited from 9:30am to 6pm. Had errors, waited in the queue for 4 hours, got the end and then sent back to the 2000+ front of the line. Only got to the ticket section once hours later and they were all claimed. I’m so crushed beyond words. I’m happy you got tickets but it’s hard to see someone go to multiple shows when others weren’t able to get any at all.😭💔

I tried with Capital One on 5 different venue in all timezones, 3 times I was early in the queue and got to pick tickets but it kept giving me errors. It was terrible and I got no ticket even when I was willing to pay a lot and buy flights to go anywhere
Still waiting and wondering when and if Canada will be announced for the international dates…… I’ve never seen Taylor live but would love to….. if you got tickets, to multiple shows consider yourself some of the luckiest. Some of us have never seen her, and its a bitter pill to swallow knowing that others get to go to multiple shows while others are left on the sidelines. Life’s not fair.

Same!! I'm an international fan and I don't understand how can they (ticketing providers) charge and people can pay more than 200 USD for a single ticket?!! And $200 it's already a lot in my opinion considering these are stadium shows so everything looks tiny 😖
