Tom Dorrance and the Horse Registry Anonymous!
when you get a horse that you don't know
anything about pedigree
they used to have a horse registry
anonymous
and for
two dollars you could get a certificate.
It said on there:
there's a
noble steed of an unknown breed
courageous and
faithful in every deed
from his rounded hooves to his friendly
neigh a perfect companion in every way
and though he has no pedigree we are
very proud of his ancestry.
