The Process...Trust It | It's Time for a Loc Retwist! | What do you do during the in-between time?

I'd be a millionaire if I earned a dollar every time someone complained to me about how others don't follow the process. Question: How often do YOU follow the plan?
How often do you tell people or think to yourself,
"Nobody told me I had to do that?"
"Sorry, I'm busy."
"I can do it better."
Based on my experiences, here's why people don't stick to the process:
1. They didn't create the plan or come up with the idea themselves.
2. They don't know what they process is.
3. They don't agree with the plan or believe they can do better.
4. Progress isn't measured.
5. There's not enough time to do the job properly.
There will always be a process or a plan to follow. Will you stop making excuses to not follow them?
