in quran it's said to draw the veil aka hijab over the chest and cover the hair, not the whole body, however you should still wear loose clothing to cover your body.

I've heard so many scholars aver that Kohl in the eyes is permissible to wear in public. The dilemma is: why is Kohl allowed when it opens up your eyes in a very alluring way and makes them beautiful while lipstick and foundation that is used to cover imperfections such as dark circles or hyperigmentation on the face or acne problems is suddenly not allowed?
I love seeing women in hijab and niqab. I have so much respect for them.
