I think he knows something. He talks about the fact that the PNP had no proper governance structure, meaning it was justifiable to overthrow a legal government.

Colonel Yayah who was Coordinator of National Security were aware there was some thing going to happen and what they did I don't know. If overthrowing a constitutionally elected govt in 1966, 1972, is high treason and punishable by death, then it must be a treasonable offense in 1981 and also punishable by death, under no circumstances should any person justify it.
