Can you have shower head and body jets at same time?

How does it get power if there's no battery or hook up to electrical?
It has water generator inside when it flows it powers on.
Do you have to power to it? You didn’t explain that.
I just order something like this off amazon and wanted to know the same thing. But I found another video previously saying u dnt need to and this video showed same thing connecting the red and black wires to them selves is all it takes.. mine comes next week hopefully
