@@jessicaburridge1643 My little sister (10y.o.) who has ASD, does the same thing, so I immediately knew what was going on and it gave me some sort of comfort, because I already know this feeling and it really reminded me of her♡
Our youngest sister sometimes does this too (she also has ASD, but she is verbal) and I sometimes do too (I'm waiting for the results of ASD diagnosis), mainly when it's some word in mostly eastern languages like Thai, Japanese or Chinese (I don't know why but I just really like how some words in these languages sound).
I'm sorry for this being so long, I just wanted to share my experience.

Ollie’s painting is amazing
Whoever edits these videos is hilarious.... people with down syndrome do funny things. Yet many people feel like it's not ok to laugh... if you laugh, they will laugh too, and laughter is good for the soul. (Playing Ave Maria while Marley is painting was a stroke of genius)

Well its not a sickness (I know you probably dont know that and thats ok!) I would without a doubt say that Oli is an incredibly smart, talented, kind and polite autistic young man. Now you know :)

I kinda feel bad for Sean in alot of videos. It seems like he gets dominated by Marley alot. I think they should do a cooking episode where they let Sean do everything and only have Marley help a little.
I have a question, and I don't mean to sound rude or ignorant, but have you ever met someone with downs syndorme who was homosexual? because every single guy I've met that has downs,(which is more than most) loves women. They say its not a choice, but it seems that people that have a downs/divergent brain capacity, and lesser choice making skills.. love two things universally , John Cena, ( you do the hand wave "you cant see me" thing and they'll almost always get exited and do it back) , and hot women.
I suggest you google for a documentary named Home Free, about a gay man with down syndrome in the UK. Or just google "down syndrome gay" and it's gonna be the first result probably. There are also drag artists with down syndrome with a spectacle called Drag Syndrome, which doesn't mean they are homosexuals, but probably queer. But yeah, there are people with down syndrome who are LGBT+, but it's difficult to find families who don't infantilize them and see them as adults regardless. Sometimes what people think is protection feels more like constraint.
