*Kindly note that from design to handover, we take 6-7 months for a 3bhk and 7-9 months for a 4bhk.

I request you to also make a video on how interior design drawings are made (that is flooring, wardrobes, false ceiling,etc.) and how are BOQ's and estimates done ...if possible...Also, a huge thanks for what u have done so far.

I would like to have some information on infusion of Track Lights and False ceiling Lights. I have seen many instances where a combination of both if not done correctly makes that place out of sync. Also, it puzzles a lot on the lightening of the Puja Room/Mandir in the Living Room. What are the points one should take care when Design and lightening of the Puja room which is in Living room?
All luminaire is warm white(3000k.CCT) is better than daylight (6500k) for all home.
Any light as led cieling down light. Spot light. Wall light. Hanging light. Pendant light and chandeliers use warm white for relaxing and eye comfort for every one

Besides, in lighting design one must also consider (a) reflecting surfaces like : wall paint colours, furniture etc; (b) maintenace index i.e. periodic cleaning of lighting sources.

Very nice and detailed information.. please also suggest and make a vedio on color of the paint in the house and it's effect on light in the house. Generally i have seen white paint for all the home where interior design has been done. This enhances the beauty of artifacts, lighting fixture, painting, furniture etc in the house. Thanks
