After beating the game, and watching countless explanation videos, i finally understand it. I can't even begin to explain my love for this game. BioShock 1 was the first game I got for Xbox360 when it first came out. I was actually considered too young to play it and it scared me the first time I tried, but after actually playing through it and paying attention to the story, the game grew on me. This is going to be an epic chapter in the entire timeline of BioShock. I can't wait.
I can't help but feel the music in this trailer was chosen because of those folks who synced one of the earlier trailers to music from Inception. And I LOVE them for it.
also it was very subtle "would you kindly run away from the monsters trying to eat you?" or get a key you need anyway, he slid it in so even if you remembered in game a little you wouldn't notice.
This is exactly what Ken wanted. People debating over his game. It gets people to actually think about what he made, kinda like people who read books like 'Atlas Shrugged', or 'Catcher in the Rye'. 'Cept where those people just debate, the ones here just scream at each other and resort to name calling.
Loved the first one and played it through multiple times on each difficulty, enjoyed the second, and I can hardly WAIT for this to come out! It looks so totally different and innovative without getting too far away from the spirit of Rapture and the gameplay of the original. I don't think anyone minds that they keep delaying it, either, as long as they keep delivering 9/10 and 10/10 games.

After seeing this, Im fully convinced now that Kevin Levine and Irrational Games are the freaking Picasso's of the video gaming world. If this game is as good as we've seen, forget Game of the Year. This could end up being Game of the Generation.
Without a doubt, I have to say Infinite. It's definitely in my Top 3 games of all time and may very well be my number 1. The introduction is so beautiful and the ending is so complex and poignant. I felt like a kid again when I played the game and that hasn't happened to me in the last 10 or so years of gaming. Assassin's Creed series, Uncharted series, Mass Effect series, COD series etc - they all fail in comparison to this thing of beauty. Irrational really blessed us with something special.

Most movies, music, or games that are considered hardcore violent tend to weigh the heaviest of questions and also carry the most meaningful lessons. They bring reality to the table with a side of irony and hope that the idiots of the world will finally start thinking.

Ever notice that every tareiler ends with "Bring us the girl, and wipe away the debt." And in bioshock nearly every sentence directed toward jack ends with" Would you kindly." Which (for those of you who have not played the game) was a sentence used to control jack using mind control. Which makes me think, what is so speacil about this "debt, that it needs to be repeated over and over again.

Even 7 years later it's one of the most unique games I've ever played. Great story all around.

I was actually considered too young to play it and it scared me the first time I tried, but after actually playing through it and paying attention to the story, the game grew on me. I seen in older vids she wear different cloths, this just may be from fighting, things happen.
she's younger, she gets the old when when she's older in the game.
