Do we have to buy the parking pass for just go swimming?

If you're going to park they require a Tonto pass at any of the lakes (good for 24 hours once you scratch it off once you get there). You can pick them up usually at gas stations around town. I believe they are $8. At the campground, pricing is different since it's private, separate from the forest service.
