  • The heat has always been that one topic everyone knows yet doesn't. It is also one of the energies which is capable of moving through all states of matter and Vacuum. The 3 modes of transfers in which heat transfer occurs are Conduction, Convection and Radiation. Conduction occurs in all 3 phases, solids, liquids and gases.In conduction, the transfer of heat occurs within the bodies which are in contact with each other. This is different from radiation, where the transfer of heat occurs even when the objects are separated spatially. Whereas in convection, the heat transfer is done by a medium.
    In this video, we will explain the basics of the 3 modes of heat transfers and how exactly they occur.
