I actually think we saw kinetic ore all the way back in chapter 1, as the Shockwave Grenades not only function like the Shockwave Hammers, but they also have purple crystals in them that have never been identified. I think it’s kinetic ore.
I believe that too, as the hammer is called the Shockwave Hammer and as you said there’s shockwave grenades
@@Radzood hop rocks weren’t in the game when they were added, and IO had cleared all of them off of the island by that point.

@@Radzood 1st. The hop rocks are a different color entirely to Kinetic ore and Shockwaves. Shockwaves are purple. Hop rocks are clear.
2nd, we only ever see hop rocks that are long and skinny. The ones in Shockwaves are thicker and sharper, closer to kinetic ore. The Shockwave hammer also has the same crystals that appear in the Shockwave Grennades, and we 100% know the hammer uses kinetic ore, and the fact that they both have "shockwave" in their name it would make more sense for it to be Kinetic ore.
Shockwave grenades were made out of hop rocks, but I think they’re the same thing
1:32 The "absorbed kinetic energy" is actually called Potential Energy and its basically it stored energy based on its position, in this case its based on the pressure being applied on it. It's like a rubber band, apply tension by pulling it back, and the more you pull (in this case the more you hit the ore) the more tension created thus the more potential energy stored. Once the tension is released the energy is as well. in the split second the tension is released that potential energy is converted into kinetic, and the object is sent flying. Edit: Kinetic Energy is when the object is in motion.

the guardian shield sure have some squares but that just reminds me of the shield blevin (blue kevin) used in the chapter 2 finale event
I think they're both based off of the shield bubble and possibly even the effect from shield potions as well
I also heard a theory that kinetic ore is connected to the cubes. As it was said, the ore is used as fuel in a lot of places, and the place whet we had seen cubes in c2s7's event was some sort of "fuel tank" of the mothership, with cubes powering it. Also the same theory speculated about AMIE in the future be coming the cube Queen (though, this one is kinda a stretch). In shattere slabs we can see that in the mountains there some kind of blue "veins" Which are compared to cube queen's armor, and they do look similar

I’ve been questioning why Paradigm wanted AMIE to give the kinetic ore to the oathbound? (In her final message idk) does she want Geno back on the Island or is she trying to bring the seven back?
Maybe we've been fooled into thinking that this snapshot of Geno is _destined_ to create the Imagined Order again. Maybe we can shift his views and make him an ally? 🤔

And in the Visitor's meteorite, and used to power the first rocket.
I think that the reason why we are in the past is because we are not we are in the present it's just the Zero Point brought the past to the island for us to see how the past was and I believe that while Amie is giving us missions the Paradigm is trying to look for the Seven and communicate with them meanwhile Jones is still in space on the chunk of the island we were on during downtime wondering when that chunk will finally be brought to the island so he can see the new island and so he can see danger happening as he probably will see the island look beautiful however he'll probably see Kenetic Ore and will remember that's what the Imagined Order his old organization used causing him to think the Imagined Order are back on the island but he'll eventually find the Citadel and will discover it and he will meet the Ageless and he'll look at his armor remembering Geno and will think that the Ageless is Geno however Jones will find out the Ageless isn't the real Geno he is just a snapshot of Geno left to rule the Midieval Kingdom

Just a theory but I think the first time we ever saw kinetic ore was chapter 1 season 4 in form of the Hop rocks that then went on to make shockwave grenades hence the name this also led to the powering of visitors rocket And creation of the chapter 1 season 5 rift

What I believe is that the reality shards are kinetic ore because they both come from the island or from the zero point itself which only reality shards and kinetic ore appear when reality waves happen that’s why it’s so rare that’s why Io used all of it so quickly like you said it’s from the island they’re just a more Pure more controllable condensed version of regular kinetic ore

The impulse grenades aren’t made out of kinetic ore but we know shockwave grenades are made out of kinetic ore
@@Unknownblackman128 Ah yes, thank you for the correction, got the names mixed up! The impulse grenades still give you fall damage, unlike the qualities of kinetic ore. You can see the purple crystals wedged within the shockwave grenades, they look uncannily like kinetic ore.

If the oathbound existed in the c1 map then how is it here again in c4. It was grabbed by the zero point from another reality. This can't be time travel.
It very much can be time travel. We’re talking about a game with time loops and the destabilization of reality.
The Oathbound did not exist in CH1. In CH1 The Oathbound had already become The Imagined Order. And yes, you're right, this isn't time travel. But the Zero Point is able to grab things from different realities and different time periods. So what the Zero Point did is grab a land mass from a reality of the Imagined Order from the past.

I have a strong feeling that we are in the past,the kinetic ore Is in the hands of the io,and that we Will try to stop the oathbound so that they dont become the "Imagined order" but also the IO Is not evil,but at the same time not a good faction either,because even tho we had a war with them and we almost got blown up by slone in the mothership,without them we wouldn't be playing fortnite.the kinetic ore WAS on the old Island,so in the middle of apollo and artemis there was a cave with the zero point inside (only S1 Ch3) what was that rock made out of? We have not gone back in time, the Zero Point is able to access any reality at any time so it grabbed the Imagined Order from the past which is the Oathbound and brought Geno's snapshot here.

Here’s the thing I think kenetic ore IS the cubes let’s take a look, the shockwave hammer is clearly similar to shockwave Grenades which well must be made out of the same stuff but wat else is shockwave? Bouncy! And wat do we know that is bouncy? The cubes! I think the last reality some how printed their runes on the ore and forged them into powerful soldiers or cubes.
