I got these great Zara dnwr black cargo pants that are baggie with winched bottoms and I have to say my sneakers look so fine with these pants. I love the look. I grew up in the 80-90s and we used to wear baggie pants that would extend loose over the shoe. We were really into sneakers back then, in fact that was probably the birth of the sneaker heads era, but we’d have our shoes hiding under our baggie pants. Why did we do that? Because it was the style. But I love it that today I can wear a pair of baggie pants that look really cool and still I can show off my Jordan 5 Oreos. Great look. Best of both worlds.
Copped the John Elliot himilayan pants in black. The price was crazy but it’s a piece I know damn well will stay in my closet for a long time. I looked at it as investing into an essential pant that can work with everything and the material is unique

The problem with all these brands is that they don't cater to the shorter man. I'm 5'6 and every single pair of pants I've bought from John Elliott, FoG, etc. are cut for someone 5'9 or taller. They all go down to the floor and bundle up at the sneaker. For short guys, I'd recommend Peter Manning NYC. Modern style and high quality.
