Another great video, JJ!
I picked up Fate: Unlimited Code myself from a BOOK OFF! Definitely worth it. Super cool fighting game never released outside Japan! Recommended :D
I may have to give it a go. I see it from time to time, and it’s always reasonably priced. It seems to have a solid group of devs and publisher, too. Cheers!
THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVE THIS CHANNEL 😩😩😩😩
Thank you so much for going thru the guides section 😩
would love those street fighter guide books to add to the collection !!! great find
Totally. The SF Zero 3 guide was a killer score! Cheers!
I can't belive you skipped those MGS books
Might be worth a trip to Shizuoka to check out the new Surugaya flagship store that just opened in the building that used to be a department store.
Sweet, thanks for the tip. I was recently in Mie and Aichi. For the next round I’m thinking Yamanashi and Shizuoka. Cheers!
Such a big fan of this video. So many reasons - the slow slow steady shots of the full shelf before diving into them. Let's me pause the video with a clear look at all the spines. So I can virtually hunt and try to practice my reading of the titles. Loved seeing the guide books and the big box items. The slow look at the glass cases. Slow look at the used hardware so I could see vita, controller, etc prices, and variation of defects. If I could add more, I'd love to see what games end up in the rated Z sections too as they are always up high.
I glad you enjoyed the video! I try and aim for a slow pace so that viewers can pause and scan areas that I miss, etc.
I’ll try and remember to add the rated Z stuff in future vids. They’re high up on the shelves to keep them out of view of young kids, haha. Cheers!
OMG GET THAT 19:42 BIOHAZARD SOUNDTRACK 😩😩😩
great video, another awesome video, right now am playing fallout 4 with the add ons included 😀, i did buy some of the creation club items and have only one mod installed on the game 🎮, but the mod is not letting me fast travel to valt 81😅, well I guess with mods involved there are some risks 😅, the mod is were i can clean up the settlement a little bit better 👍, dont know if you got fallout 4, but its a cool game 😎, just finished my last settlement build, now am just putting together power armor and Raider power armor 💪, anyways nice video and cool 😎 camera action on the video games 🎮, keep it up 😊🎉🎉
Nice, I have a copy of Fallout 4, but my attention is currently on Elden Ring. I’m looking forward to the day that I can deep dive into Fallout 4. Cheers!
@@RetroReWire ya, Ellen ring is cool 😎 too
Hi. Do you see a lot of Japanese games for the original Xbox on your journey? I know it's not a popular console, but it would be interesting to see!
Very interesting and informative videos!
I love the original Xbox! I see the games quite a bit, but never really in terms of quantity. I highly recommend Panzer Dragoon Orta’s Japanese release as itt includes a soundtrack! Cheers!
NEW VID 😍

Ima buy pokemon green and a gameboy sp can't wait
Nice, I recently got an SP. Great handheld, cheers!
Hey JJ, great video. Thanks for the awesome tour last Friday. I would have picked up all of those spice orange controllers to go with the 1800 Yen GameCube we found. I'll definitely be back next year.
That was a good time touring Saitama! The orange Cube was a killer score! Safe travels, cheers!
Any chance you can do shop video of the Capcom store i know its not retro related but be good to see cheers
The Capcom store in Shibuya?
omg GET that mgs on ps1 man
Would you know what the price range is for a used Nintendo Switch (base version, not OLED)? I'm heading to Kyoto and Osaka next month and planning to upgrade from my 1st gen Switch.
Prices will definitely range from as low as ¥14,000 (Junk) to ¥26,000 (CIB) for the base model. LE Switches will go for higher depending on their condition. The OLED seems to hover around the ¥29,000 mark.
Surugaya, Hard OFF, Book OFF are decent places to check. Furuichi and GEO could be better!
Enjoy your trip and happy hunting!
Alright what do I have to do to have you do an order for me and send it over :)
Who knows, perhaps in the future I’ll expand into online sales. Cheers!
Which eikawa do you work at? 😅
Haha, I don’t work in the teaching industry. Cheers!
I see "a chill game hunt" in the thumbnail and that's all I need for a click 😂
Haha, cheers!
C'mon man I'm getting bored, where is my vid hahahaha
