Hi miss, I struggle a lot with reading comprehension. I can't get the text and it's ultimate meaning, perhaps it is because my vocabulary is very weak, will you try to foster any tips?? I read 2 books in 15 days and collected around 70-80 words that were new to me, and it took me a whole day to go through each words, can you tell me if that was a good approach? The final question I wanna ask is that, is it only me who feels helpless while reading a passage and can't even pronounce the words correctly. My score was only 500 in RW in first attempt, I mean practice attempt.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out and sharing your challenges with reading comprehension. It's great that you're seeking to improve, and I'm here to help! ? =) Let's address your concerns one by one:
      Understanding Text and Ultimate Meaning
      1. Active Reading: While reading, try to engage with the text actively. This means highlighting key points, summarizing paragraphs in your own words, and asking questions about the text as you go.
      2. Main Idea and Details: Focus on identifying the main idea of each paragraph and how the details support it. This will help you understand the overall structure and purpose of the text.
      3. I think it could also be helpful to build a foundation with reading...if you go to Khan Academy and go through Language Arts courses (perhpas start with grade 9?) www.khanacademy.org/ela/ ...I think this could help build a more solid foundation.
