- In "The Thank You Economy", Gary Vaynerchuk does a great job at explaining how businesses should be run in today's world with thriving social media. To have a successful business, you have to listen to your customers, and social media such as Twitter and Facebook is exactly how to do it. He teaches you how to talk and communicate with all employees and customers that interact with your business to creative a great environment to be in that thrives in the Thank You Economy. I completely recommend any Gary Vaynerchuk book, as he knows what he is doing. Gary owns and operates the world-famous Vaynermedia, and started his career selling baseball cards as a teenager. He worked in his parents cellar for a couple years, until he maximized their wine company profits from $3 to $60 million a year, so I'm just saying that he knows how to run a business, and knows (probably more than anyone) how to use social media to market.

The first video I saw was the How to be a Gentleman and I was so amazed by the presentation, animation and an overall information contained in it that I had to watch other videos.
I've just seen the ones How to be happy and morning routine and just by listening I felt better.

Awesome content Theodore! I'm new to CZcams and trying to watch all your videos. I know this video is fairly old now but i had a question.
What if the majority of people at the restaurant liked the loud music being played and it was only that one person who Tweeted about it that didn't like it, maybe because she was trying to talk to a friend or had a headache. How do you cater to one person to get the good review but still maintain your popularity? Shouldn't it ultimately be about what YOU enjoy at your restaurant and that will attract the people that you cater towards.

I just read "Genghis Khan: And the Making of the Modern World" recently and thought that maybe you could do a review on him. There are some great lessons that we can use in our daily lives but I am not able to do what you do :P. Would be cool to see a review on it and you to animate the lessons taught :).
