Kennedy didn't speak correctly. The 2nd Amendment doesn't give us the right. It recognizes that the right exists and says government shall not infringe it. If people would read carefully they'd know this. The 2A speaks of the right as though it already exists. No rights are granted by government or a document, the rights in the Bill of Rights existed before the Bill of Rights did.
Kennedy is also wrong in saying that a prohibition against a bazooka is allowed under the 2A. Nope. Rights extend to any extent as long as one isn't infringing the rights of others. Someone owning a bazooka doesn't infringe the rights of anyone else. The limit to any right is where the rights of others began. It's why murder is illegal but owning a gun is not.

The second amendment clearly states "arms". It does not say what arms. Repeal every law ever made that take away rights of keeping and bearing arms. And nullify the ATF. There should be no question for the Supreme Court when it comes to any infringement against the 2nd amendment. If you are a citizen in this country, keeping and bearing ANY arms is a protected right.

The pistol, the SBR, and the rifle are determined by the measurement of the barrel. The pistol brace does not change the length of the pistol barrel, nor does it change the caliber nor how many rounds it can carrier. It does not change how the pistol operates single actions, semiautomatic, or fully automatic. The ATF overstepped big time and needs to be held accountable.

Kennedy didn't speak correctly. The 2nd Amendment doesn't give us the right. It recognizes that the right exists and says government shall not infringe it. If people would read carefully they'd know this. The 2A speaks of the right as though it already exists.
No rights are granted by government or a document, the rights in the Bill of Rights existed before the Bill of Rights did.
Kennedy is also wrong in saying that a prohibition against a bazooka is allowed under the 2A. Nope. Rights extend to any extent as long as one isn't infringing the rights of others. Someone owning a bazooka doesn't infringe the rights of anyone else.
The limit to any right is where the rights of others began. It's why murder is illegal but owning a gun is not.
It's no longer a pistol because you're modifying the pistol and not law biding citizens used this. Put a 30 clip in it and what it look like.

The second amendment clearly states "arms". It does not say what arms. Repeal every law ever made that take away rights of keeping and bearing arms. And nullify the ATF. There should be no question for the Supreme Court when it comes to any infringement against the 2nd amendment. If you are a citizen in this country, keeping and bearing ANY arms is a protected right.

The pistol, the SBR, and the rifle are determined by the measurement of the barrel. The pistol brace does not change the length of the pistol barrel, nor does it change the caliber nor how many rounds it can carrier.
