Literally, when the money glitch was still going on, I had no Raven or Arkham Knight Batman and still only had a single copy of a lot of the Arkham characters, as well as the ones in the most wanted pack. Now I have all the Arkham characters but joker, and all the most wanted characters (Except for superman and regular batman because I sold all of them) in elite VII, and yet I haven't got a single reverse flash. And what do they do? They take his 0.000001% chance out of the pack
I opened about 20 on these packs before getting just ONE shazam. Unlucky.
