Dude I appreciate you giving a shout out to the track and people that support us little guys. That's where two racing is to me. And thank you for showing that us older guys still can get it done! I'm 62 and started racing at 18 and still going as best as I can. Win one here and there but just feel so blessed to live the dream..

I just retired from racing super late models, Only 50 yrs old, but I turned a couple of my cars into ride alongs and I have 4 of my local tracks I go to and take kids and adults out and let them see what it's like,The look on a kids face after 5 laps is better than any trophy or purse I've ever won, And to see all of you nascar guys getting into dirt racing is amazing, IMO dirt track racing is the best the roots of racing and big names like yourself and shrader will keep it alive
I for one would love to see more of you running the car, You already allow us to see the unload and clean up process, this testing shakedown was fun to watch.

I live in Poplar Bluff, MO. DoRun Raceway (If I misspelled the name, forgive me for my error), is a lil over an hour north of me. Ive never been, but Im gonna hit it up in 2024, and see the action. Kenny, the car looks, runs, and sounds outstanding.

Its nice to see them build this track up, we have the drag strip here again now too ( was sand drags now pavement.). SFC raceway as well, then i55 not far up highway.

That's a sharp wrap and good luck at the dome and yes Tim Nash has been filming his son Chase there with his wing cart and dominated this year and now the gross family has their daughter racing there against Chase which they are cousins and it is a joy watching these videos

Hey Herm. One track you ought to consider sometime is Wythe Raceway located in Rural Retreat Va. It is located about an hour north of Bristol Tn. It’s a 1/2 mile dirt track; as I call it Bristol on steroids. Thank you your awesome videos.

Awesome Kenny! I don't know if you saw my other comment but i traded my new Imca mod for a winged sprint car! Ive got 3 other mods my son races one but i can drive one of the other 2 if i get the itch but yea going to try the sprint thing at 58 years old! Should be fun!

seems the car is running good so far, but you been at this a long time, and man you got tons I room in there compared to most openwheel cars like a dang cadallac boat car compaired to being in a sprint, midget or even a silvercrown where they are almost like sitting at a desk, as for the raceway the stands remind me of montpilier indianas track, if they were all new bleachers and fresh coat of paint, I mean the food is good and its cheap, and it has clean bathrooms for a racetrack the main building and the track are not bad they really put lots of attention into the track when I was there and its flat bottom semi middle banked and has a good size lip of the bowl of the top of the banking maybe 10 degrees maybe 12 at the very rim and cars will run the top of the backstreatch out of the bowl of the track sometimes if they need to its a wicked place to watch a race, but the bleachers are soo old and they have a souviner stand literaly in a tractor shed or two that they are using aside the main building I have seem little legue ball parks and county fairs that look like a luxury box suite compaired to the seating and buildings there, its a far cry from even baer field used to be, they had steel bleachers and permanent seating at least.
that said montpelier is thee oldest existing race track in indiana starting out in 1903 as a horsetrack, the only one older that was a track that had cars race on it was the state fair and that has been limestoned and can only be used for harness racing horses, or parking they even took the wall down not just the catch fence, so no flat track moto, no theroughbreeds racing, no quarter horse sprinting, no modifieds or silvercrown cars anymore running the hoosier 100 the crown jewel of prestige of not just silvercrown cars, but all of usac one person said,
as for montpelier they do have a good amount of special events including usac midgets, and last year had the fast on dirt 410 winged series that did have a few larger names that you see in the big shows like mckenna haase, and kreg kinser steves son, but its not eldora, it is one of the few northern indiana side tracks that still has weekly shows for dirt.

So I race two wheels , motocross , flat rack, on the ice , and mostly road race , but seeing the water truck reminds me of the first time I went out after they watered down the track , well people warned me, I didn’t believe it was slippery, well I crashed first corner🏁🏁🏁🇺🇸
