It is a much required subject to bring awareness to all aspiring cadets prior to joining any sea going vessel , ISM is one of the most crucial subjects to be aware of before one can step on board ship to begin a career in the merchant navy ? It's not only about money and status ? but ! Instead to ensure the safety of life and property of ones own self n others which could help avoid irreparable calamity of our environment 🙏
