My advice to you is to have a bible at home, e,.g. bible journaling bible with margins at the side where you can make notes or drawings. I found that this helps a lot,It's important that you stay in the Word. There are so many beautiful, absolute beautiful promises, in the bible. The words in there can be a source of comfort, and give you hope and the Holy Spirit will bring you things to remembrance.

I was suffering from panic disorder, constantly panic attacks, anxiety 24/7 I was a shell of myself, felt like I was dying every single day. I became depressed, completely broken and fell to Jesus. He saved me! He healed me, I’ve never experienced peace like this. After a prayer at church I have not had another panic attack and it has been a year, Praise the Lord. I & 7 family members have been fighting the Covid Virus 2 weeks ago. My sister & I are the only ones fighting I the Hospital on oxygen & my Soster on a venterlater a week. I was hopeless and jobless , living in a foreign country . I prayed God the almighty for a job opportunity and a month later I got the Job, and he has done so much more right after . Praise the Lord !!!
In November 29, 2020, I was admitted in the hospital because of Covid. At 3:30am the hospital call my wife and daughter to inform them that I was placed on a ventilator and was placed in a medically induce coma. During the first few days i was getting better, but, things turned around quickly, I developed a fever as well a double pneumonia. Things didn’t look good for me. Doctors were stating that it doesn’t look good, that many people normally don’t make it after this. A sister that goes to the church that my daughter goes to told her, “Tiara you have to SING and worship.” The hospital always took the time to let my family see me through FaceTime, my Tiara at the moment began to tell me, “dad you always told me to fight, not to give up, to trust in the Lord with all your heart. Dad I know that you are a warrior even though you are in a coma but I know you will keep fighting.” Tiara remembered the words to sing and she sang this song. Today I write this because on December 12th, they call my home through FaceTime, and when they answered the call, it was me!!! Alive!!! God is good!!!

A few weeks ago my grandma was diagnosed with cancer, last night my grandma was talking to Jesus and He told her He had healed her. All the pain is gone. I was suffering from panic disorder, constantly panic attacks, anxiety 24/7 I was a shell of myself, felt like I was dying every single day. I became depressed, completely broken and fell to Jesus. I & 7 family members have been fighting the Covid Virus 2 weeks ago. My sister & I are the only ones fighting I the Hospital on oxygen & my Soster on a venterlater a week. In November 29, 2020, I was admitted in the hospital because of Covid. At 3:30am the hospital call my wife and daughter to inform them that I was placed on a ventilator and was placed in a medically induce coma. During the first few days i was getting better, but, things turned around quickly, I developed a fever as well a double pneumonia. Things didn’t look good for me. Doctors were stating that it doesn’t look good, that many people normally don’t make it after this. A sister that goes to the church that my daughter goes to told her, “Tiara you have to SING and worship.” The hospital always took the time to let my family see me through FaceTime, my Tiara at the moment began to tell me, “dad you always told me to fight, not to give up, to trust in the Lord with all your heart. Dad I know that you are a warrior even though you are in a coma but I know you will keep fighting.” Tiara remembered the words to sing and she sang this song. Today I write this because on December 12th, they call my home through FaceTime, and when they answered the call, it was me!!! Alive!!! God is good!!!

I am a former atheist. I didn’t have it easy growing up. By 15 I was addicted to pills. By 21 I was an IV heroin addict. I was so lost in every way. I just wanted to go away forever. I never have to feel like that again. I never have to be the person I used to be. ALL PRAISE TO GOD!!! Thank you, Lord. It’s all God. I know I didn’t do this alone. I tried and failed many times. I am a new creation.
