Looking to make my own menstrual product since I've been having issues with the products available.

Hi! Thank you for sharing. I’m certain you brought it up in the video, but what material did you use for the middle of the ILP? In between the flannel? I have patterns to make some, but I don’t know the exact materials I could use to make mine. Thank you!

You can use either cotton batting or just another layer of cotton flannel. 😊 I give you a free pattern to download just by viewing the video description. The file link is in the description - just click the down arrow lower right of picture.

I have being thinking of doing menstrual pads. Quick question do you need to involve your business with the Government?

I do not know the answer to this question. I do not sew anything to sell. This video instructs people in how to make their own interlabial pads.

The answer to this question depends on where you live. If you live in the U.S. you need to register your cloth pad business with the FDA as selling a "medical device", and forced to pay a yearly fee of several thousand dollars (every year) just to be legally "allowed" to sell in the U.S. Other countries don't require this, and are more relaxed with it comes to cloth pad sellers.
