Forgot how beautiful her voice was. Saw Andy at a concert in Louisville, KY. His voice was magnificent, resounding, haunting and soul penetrating. Only way to describe it!
We were blessed with a big, close musical family like Marie's. The memories sure come flooding back in this nostalgic reunion with Andy. Two class acts. Andy would just allow people two shine on his 1960s programs. His teamup with Simon and Garfunkel is just stunning. Thanks for the harmonies!

While this was Paul Anka's song and he did a phenomenal job singing it in the jingle for Kodak and original recording, Andy Williams cover version is the best in my opinion. Similar to Anka's but a little more refined. I remember watching the Donnie and Marie show when I was a kid. Hard to believe they are that old now! And they still look YOUNG! Those Osmond's had some good genes.
Now, are they singing live or lip syncing? I think on Donny & Marie they did mostly lip syncing. It doesn’t really matter though. This song has always gotten to me. It first started with the Kodak commercial with Paul Anka and more recently with Mad Men. The lyrics tell the whole story. Time flies by in a blink of an eye. I’m only 56 but time has just flew by.
