A Baffling Problem with my Experimental Aircraft

- Trying to improve the cooling of my experimental aircraft engine by solving little baffle issues one at a time. I have one piece of baffling that continues you blow out at high cowl pressures. This usually happens during high speed descent and low altitude race mode flying. In this video, I attempt to remedy the situation by replacing and adjusting the soft baffle. A cooler engine is a faster engine and I have the need for speed.
Nice build :) You should put a Viking engine on there and really get some performance / reliability and fuel savings.
in my opinion the soft baffle should sit on the inside of the baffling as that's where the pressure is, to contain the air inside and force it over the cylinders...
2:30 what's the black flex hose connected to the injector port for? MAP sensor?
Yes it is a high temp viton hose going to my map sensor.
