If people are working out at different times and avoiding each other; how can you mix and mingle and understand each other’s tendencies, timing, and reactions. You can’t activate any form of high level performance when their no scrimmaging, mixing teams, or letting the athletes compete. There needs to be intense workouts, and scrimmages. It seems they were just playing pick up ball.
