Therefore, in the UK we would write: "It was a nightmare", said Katie, who was still in shock. In the video you say: "It was a nightmare," said Katie, who was still in shock. In real life I wouldn’t care but as this is an exam question we need to be precise.

You have spelled practise incorrectly. British English uses 's' for when someone practises something.
You realise practise and practise are two different words with doing different meanings and are both considered standard English, right?
