𝓢𝓽𝓻𝓪𝔀𝓫𝓮𝓻𝓻𝔂 & 𝓑𝓵𝓾𝓮𝓫𝓮𝓻𝓻𝔂 𝓒𝓱𝓮𝓮𝓼𝓮𝓬𝓪𝓴𝓮
Crust
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
Melt 8 tablespoons butter
Butter cast iron dish and press in crumbs
Topping
1 package strawberries topped washed and cut up
2 packages blueberries cleaned
1 cup sugar for each fruit
Cook in pan until they start breaking up and get thick
4 soft cream cheese pks whipped
1 cup sour cream
Splash of vanilla
1 cup sugar
3 eggs whipped
Pour into pan and settle
Bake 450 for ten minutes
Drop heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes
Turn off oven and let rest for 30 minutes
Top with berries and continue to let rest for about 30 minutes.
