The First 3 Star Brand close to Mall Road Murree. They reception and location is great as just few steps away from GPO and Mall Road. Sitting on Balcony you can view the Mall and valley. The Rooms are fair. The staff is competent and professional as you expect from Brand. The Hotel seems to incoporate big gatherings and Corporates clients as it has 50 Rooms.

Cons:
This hotel is suitable for those who are looking Hotels in Murree starting from Rs.10k ( Offeseason Sep 2023). Although the prices seems higher than most of the hotels located nearby but the envoirnment and professionalism has its cost.
Although the amenities are of good quality but the rooms needs more interior work / Ambience.
The Restuarant and Dining is right in front of Entrance which is bit weired.

Bahot acha hotel tha staff bhi bhot acha tha, hum pehle ek or hotel me reh rhe the itna bura tha to humne hotel change krne ka socha to ye samne aya pehle rate ki baat hii to zaida lga phr humne kaha ke 2 rooms chahiye 1 bacho ke Liye 1 parents ke liye to humey bhot acha discount mil gya tha to humne booking krwa li thi lekin gardi old hotel me thi kiyu ke too much rash tha us waqt murree me to humne bacho ko lobby me bitha dia ke ap yaha betho hum aa rhe ha to unho ne bacho ki hifazat ki or kaha apka room clean ho rha h agar apke parents ni aye room clean hone se pehel hum apko room me bhej de ge lekin hum aa gya the pehle or breakfast bhi on top tha rooms bhi ache the or sab se bari baat network bhi tha ❤

As per universal rules it's not 12 hours or 24. Normal check in 3 pm or afterwards and checkout not later than 12 pm but off course there are exceptions

I have been there.hotel is not value to money.staff in restaurant don't know how to care guest.i was there for 3 nights but after one night we quit.if you have extra money to waste then please go ahead.
