It’s crazy your batteries came loose like that mine seems to hold pretty good but it is hard to get that strap down in the side. There is not much room.
Why aren’t u jumping over fences with the XMaxx? Backfliping the X-Maxx over the fence would probably get me to watch 2 or 3 times instead of 1 or 2 lol
Excellent video, I have the kraton v2.5 , just wondering? You put in 1 million in center diff, did you change the front and rear diff fluid? If I put 1 million in center diff, will it cut down on those dam wheelies??😢
It will increase it I believe they used 500k , I prefer to have more control and speed and less flipping around , but I also prefer the challenge of short wheel base , I used regular truggy race wheels last time I did maintenance and last night I stripped another pinion gear , for me it’s a odd size .08 pitch 5mm bore , and those hub bearings are usually the cause issues in slipper clutch assembly if you don’t have the center diff guy
What would be the best one outta the traxxas max or the arrma outcast or kraton 4s for durability wanna get a decent truck but want one to last for awhile ....
All depends on your driving style.... Outcast is a bashing flipping beast...... Where the kraton is more of a speed basher that doesn't flip as easily...... Mostly because of the length of the chassis...... But if you put the backflip LP's on the kraton it will have more flipping capabilities..... Hope that helps.... Bash on brother..... 💪

Do you leave the rigs with batteries fully charged plugged in waiting? I had a lot of people at my local track warn me not to do it as it would damage the battery. I know if you do it for an extended period that it's bad.

So I'm now going down to my lhs and buy the 6s kraton v5 in blue. I will now own the baby kraton 3s (upgraded vorteks) a 4s v2.5 in highlighter green with all sorta upgrades🤑🔥 and now a blue 6s!❤ (have cnc diff cases and a mojave chassis + sitting here waiting) That's all I will need for open wheel bashing✅️. -kraton 8s is for maniacs😂

Thanks for the final direct answer.. so, this means more power is able to be distributed to the front with say 200-500 center diff oil right?

The v2 maxx is durable or the outcast 4s 2.5 or Kraton all will last no issues the traxxas are cheaper to repair

Up here right now the outcast is almost 200 cheaper. Just don't know if these new models are better.
The chassis the best part and the center diff is stronger in the long run
