    Action - to act, not to act or act differently is only in your hand. The result can be as you expect, contrary to your expectation, part contrary and part expected and that is not in your power. So act in present 'Now' and accept whatever comes as a result in future 'Now', when it happens.

    Good presentation,Eckhart tolle's book on Now is great too.
    The Bhagavad Gita is very profound.The original translation "as-it-is" is by Srila Prabhupada. Look for his materials,he was the man who shared the wisdom throughout the world,its genuine too.I changed from being an atheist to a spiritual person by studying the Bhagavad Gita during those last years.It teaches us that we have more potential than we think we have and that we are ONE.

    • @mkhatri007
      @mkhatri007 Před 7 lety +6

      true, I read one of Osho's audio ebooks and his talks are really powerful; teaching about acceptance, to let flow of every emotion instead of pretending and hiding. He even said, today we don't even laugh genuinely, we happen to appear with a fake smile, neither do we release our anger holding it back. He talks about releasing the emotions with the flow of same volume as we receive it at certain point of time or situation. He talks about solely being happy as a Child is. Infact he says, Jesus and Buddha are even jealous of charm, peace and innate happiness of a child. OSho's teachings really sound great, but at the same time applying his teaching in the world of today seems unacceptable in the society.. Anyways, I really like what he said.

    The most concise definition of God
    1. "Say: He is Allah, the One and Only."
    2. "Allah, the Eternal, Absolute."
    3. "He has not given birth, nor is He born."
    4. "And there is none like unto Him." (Al-Qur'an 112:1-4)
    The Muslims prefer calling Allah, instead of the English word 'God'. The Arabic word, 'Allah', is pure and unique, unlike the English word 'God', which can be played around with.
    If you add 's' to the word God, it become 'God's, that s the plural of God. Allah is one and singular, there is no plural of Allah. If you add 'dess' to the word God, it becomes 'Goddess' that is a female God. There is nothing like male Allah or female Allah. Allah has no gender. if you pre-fix tin before the word God, it becomes tin-God i.e. fake God. Allah is a unique word, which does not conjure up any mental picture nor can it be played around with. Therefore the Muslims prefer saying 'Allah' but sometimes while speaking to the non-Muslims we may have to use the inappropriate word God for Allah.
    Allah knows best.
