Reliving another classic, I always saw this game on the shelves of rental companies and almost always couldn't resist and ended up renting it. Everything about this game is wonderful, the gameplay, the soundtrack, the story... good and vivid memories.

INFO about Sonic the Hedgehog 3:
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (ソニック・ザ・ヘッジホッグ３ Sonikku za Hejjihoggu Surī?), also known as simply Sonic 3 (ソニック３ Sonikku Surī?) or Sonic III, is a 2D platform video game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega. It was released as a sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog 2. The continuation, Sonic & Knuckles, was released later in the same year, which picks up the story directly after the end of Sonic the Hedgehog 3. Lock-on technology allows people to play Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles as the combined Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles, and both are actually two parts of the same game. This game marks the first appearance of Knuckles the Echidna. Originally, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 was supposed to contain all of the levels that Sonic & Knuckles had, but the game could not be finished in time, so it was split into two.[6]
The game was released for the Sega Mega Drive first in the United States on 2 February 1994, followed by Europe on 24 February 1994, and finally in Japan on 27 May that same year.
