The NEW Hilltip Stainless steel SSA & SSC Icestriker™ for 3/4 ton pickups and bigger. The 12V or 24 Volt electric salt spreaders with acid treated stainless steel hopper surfaces and welds. Available in sizes of 2.0, 2.65 and 3.3 cu.yd machines.
Optional pre-wet and full Brine Sprayer application options. The Sand and salt spreader is Made in Finland and distributed trough our subsidiary in North America. The high quality components and production process gives you long lasting protection against corrosion and rust.
All speeaders are standard with Automatic GPS- ground speed control adjusts the amount of spreading material (g/m2 or lbs/1000 sq. ft / lane mile.) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a variable auger speed. The spreaders can also be controlled remotely when paired to the Hilltip HTRACK 2-way GPRS control & tracking system,
