Anyone that denigrates this property needs a reality check. Calgary's most historic neighbourhoods are being bulldozed, and replaced by $#!TTY overgrown megaboxes that won't last anywhere near as long (I live beside one, and have watched it fall apart in less than a decade). As a resident of Sunalta, I am glad that the three story, grossly oversized mini-mcmansion replacement will likely NOT get built. Wedging that three story ugly box between two single story character homes was a complete and gross misstep by City Planners, and should never have been approved in the first place. If you don't like vintage, and cannot appreciate Calgary History.. then kindly move your @$$ to another neighbourhood.
