I also encounter the same gearing issue you mentioned. Additionally, when I cold start and try to shift into first gear, it doesn't engage smoothly; there's some noise. However, after a bit of time, it shifts properly.

Even I am facing same issue after 1st service
Try using Liqui Molly MOS2 shooter for gear health. Just mix the 20ml tube and pour contents of the tube into ur engine oil. Makes the gear shifting much much smoother

I am having same issues.
1- Low milage (around 25kmpl)
2- Loud noise during gear change from 1st to 2nd and viceversa.
3- Gear stuck between 1st and 2nd gear (--)
Similar issue I’m facing
Service center is not having any solution
For me when I ride for short distance 3 to 4 kms per day I am getting below 30kmpl but when I ride 20 to 30 kms per day I am getting around 37kmpl. All in city traffic
@@Abishekjustin is it hyness or cb350, because I actually drive 30km daily but the average of 30km this is after 1st service.all in bangalore city.
Update: Milage increased significantly after 1st service. Informed the issue to service technician. dont know what changes he made but getting more than 35 kmpl now.

I have shortlisted cb350, highness or then triumph 400. Is this worth buying over triumph??
Its better then Triumph
Even I have cancelled Triumph booking and bought cb350
On road Triumph does not give that look of 400 CC bike
CB350 or hness ll give that road presence and look of big bike

I have cb350rs bike and iam facing hard gear shift problem and rear break problem
I don’t have break issue
But while changing gear it’s making loud noise
Like it ll break n sometimes it get stuck also

I am getting loud noise when i shift from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 2nd.
For me it’s coming in all the gear
High rpm ya idling speed ke kaaran gear change pe aawaz aata hai
Low speed pe v aata hai
It's not about the speed of the bike. Engine rpm pe hota hai issue. Agar high engine rpm pe gear change karte hai toh ye issue hota hai. Honda CB series ke bike ka rpm generally high hai. Ek cheese try karna. Agar stand still bike pe aap neutral se 1st gear daalte ho toh ye khat aawaz aati hai kya ? Agar aati hai toh idling speed high hai. woh driving gear ka speed match nahi hota driven gear ke sath... Is liye ye aawaz ATI hai. Get it resolved or else premature wear out hoga aapke clutch ka aur transmission long run mein kharab hota hai.

Paid service ke time maze aayenge. Warranty and free service khatam hone ke baad Honda ki service cost kitni aati woh dekhna hai.

@@SRV-CB350VLOG yes .. but Honda parts are usually high... So if it's. Normal service then there are no issues. But if you are changing parts then the parts cost + labour + GST will make the overall service cost high. Btw... Have you changed brake pads ? If yes how many times and which front or rear?
