Minimum charges bi mandatory krdena chahiye. Why don't the government think about it. So that there should be no confict among dental businesses.

yeh sab toh samajh mein aya sir ji...sabse badi baat dentist /oral surgeon ko thik treatment karna bhi ana chahiye...nahi bada quaestion mark lagega future mein aapke clinic par...aap log new comers ko tensed kar dete ho...license aur niyam kanoon...agar aap dekhenge toh humlog roj ki zindagi mein bahut se kanoon jaane anjane thodte hai..itna sochna nahi...aap ke pass professional license muncipal corporation agar ho toh bhi aap kaam kar sakte ho.. aur phirse ek baat bolunga...treatment galat nahi karna..agar kar diye toh baap ka naam tak ka license dena padega..patient aapko court lekar hi dum lenge...aur ek wakil ke saath dosti jarur rakhna...wahi aapko guide karega...best of luck
Thanks for your comment, the intention of this video is not to confuse anyone....Healthlaws are changing and there has been several new ammendments in Healthcare over the last 6-7 years.
This video is based on "The Clinical Establishments Act" and the intent is only to introduce minimum standard guidelines as per this act.

I believe you can get state registration with the provisional degree certificate or the payment and degree certificate at the state dental council. Just have to have Internship completion certificate, passport size photos, Bds passing certificate all attested by a gazetted officer. You can even call up your state dental council for further details. They will be very helpful.
In jammu and Kashmir, minimum standard in terms of space for a dental clinic is 500 square feet instead of 100 square feet in other states...
I have told in the video "Health is a state Subject" the Clinical establishment Act is not applicable to all the states. But it is a Central act, the chances are very hight that it will get applicable to the whole country

sir highly indebted by the way u have shown the right path in a consiced format. i would like to know a couple of information regarding the following:
1. i am a registered dentist with delhi dental council, and i am planning to move to himachal, so, do i have to get my liscence transfered or i can continue with my same lisence?
2. my second querry is regarding the biomedical waste management liscence. do we have to apply for it first than start to make our dental clinic.. or we can start with the conatruction and later apply for it at the time when clinic starts to function?
furthermore, plz guide us how and where to apply for BMW management liscence.
3. last but not the least, i would like to know that do we need to register our clinic in accordance to CEA if we our going to open the clinic in a rented space?
