The Fjordur Series is a Syntac Adventure on the new Nordic map in ARK Survival Evolved. In this series Syntac will journey throughout Fjordur and its many Realms (Vanaheimr, Jotunheimr and Asgard) and encounter new beasts such as the Fjordhawk, Andrewsarchus, Desmodus Draculae and the Legendary Wolf Fenrir!

I have a suggestion, could you show more clips of your breeding process? Like how your combining the mutations and colors and stuff. I think it would be useful for a lot of people including me
IIRC he has a guide on the channel, it's pretty well made and easy to understand.

My friend and I have been having a great time playing on Fjordur. We're almost ready to take on the Broodmother. Well, I thought we were until I watched this episode. Back to the Megatherium breeding pen I go... lol
Iâve seen other creaters paint the blueprint so that when they craft the saddles they come out painted. I donât know if itâs a s+ thing or not since I donât have access to it but I thought it was worth stating. (Benmo just did it btw) Hope you had an amazing weekend. Love the series.

Just in case no one else informed you of this, upgrade station mod is the one used in benmos vids and most likely most of the others. Hope that helps
@@AD-ib1oe yea, its a great mod, you can upgrade your gear and saddles, and even make blueprints for them AND even little upgrades you can make and apply. a MUST have for any Solo Arkists!
I think you should've had the daeodon following a megatherium. Dude healed like once to the back megatheriums.
I donât understand why they donât have the manticore on this map. Like they have 4 realms, but vannaheim didnât get a world boss for some reason. They couldâve used the huge useless lava cave in the redwoods for it. But I do get that 9 boss fights on a map doesnât really make sense. Anyways, great video man đ
They already did 7 fights. 9 woulndât be much more. Manticore on that map would have been great.
Probably cus they were only adding the 3 main/first bosses
There where Titan spawners (and secret artifact rooms to spawn them) on the mod version of Fjordur. I'm still bitter he removed them (probably because of Wildcard), tamed Desert titan's are amazing mobile flying bases. Each of the realms had a titan room/spawner.
One boss for each of the nine realms makes sense at the foot of the world tree to me

If you are having problems with artifacts you should just place a couple of sleeping bags next to them so you can fast travel with the fjordhawk
Theres a mod called Upgrade Station, lets you upgrade armor/saddles and then turn them into blueprints as well. Which can be used to craft more usually for cheaper than the upgrading. It also carries over any paint applied to the original before turning into a blueprint.
He has used that mod before (in another series). And even though I for one also really likes that mod, it is incredibly cheaty, unless maybe, you up the upgrade requirement at least 10x maybe even 20x.
@@aomforever I was just meaning that it was possible to dye take one of his saddles he looted, dye it and then turn it into a blueprint, and use that to create the others, so that they would all be dyed. Since he mentioned about the possibility of a mod to dye multiple things. Thats the closest mod that I know of that does it.

TLDR: Hawk doesnât work solo but with other people in fight (when u die & arena is still loaded in) then it does
The Fjord Hawks only work in the arena if you have atleast 2 or more tribemembers in said fight. If you die but your tribemate is still alive then the hawk works but if your solo & die then the hawk dies too before it can get out of the arena. Its good though as we use it on alpha fenrisulfr on official & it worked for me when i died too. Also they donât count as a dino if theyâre on your shoulder
after you paint a saddle, i think you can save it on the top left of the screen so that later when painting another saddle, you can just load the paintjob

A word of advice, use mutated shadowmanes on Fenrisulfur, the damage output is insane.

We got 50k HP ones with 2.5k melee max level 500 on official they kill any and everything đ€Ł I use them on bosses and to farm alpha wyverns

A tip when you eventually fight fenrir syntac use a rex army not shadowmanes because fenrir uses a lot of aoe attacks that cover a large area and rexes actually somewhat block his attacks and shadowmanes donât I learned this the hard way
Amm I use manes to take down the gamma fenrir and my manes just lost 1k of health

Ya, I used manes to take down all 3 FenrisĂșlfr's. The fact that you have water to give them the hydrated buff, high natural armor and a lot of additional dmg reduction through thornmail poison stacks + yuty roar's give them an incredibly long lifespan. On alpha I don't think I lost any of them.

@@alexciesielski1840 You have to stay reaaally far away, I watched a few youtube vid's before I even attempted the fight.
A lot of people where being one shot with his breath, so I stayed away. Essentially you can only effectively use 19 dino's while one is out of the fight.

Idk if someone else already told you but go to the honey cave in the redwoods for sarco skins usually at least a few of them in there.
you can bring fjordhawks into the arena if its on your shoulder, if its standing on the ground it won't get teleported, and as far as I'm aware it doesn't count to the mobcap if its on your shoulder but I'm not sure.

Should look for the level with dubble mutation as well, just saves a lot of hazzle if you manage to get 2 melee mutations at once, rare but possible. Definetly not gonna help if you donÂŽt look :3

Only if you have a teammate with you. If you are alone and die, the fight ends, and you lose everything.

She decimated my Megatherium army tbh lol I had to use shadowmanes to beat her, only because I didn't wanna mutate forever lol She is Deff harder than the island one, I used those same megas against that brood and did well. GOOD LUCK on the Alpha Fenrisulfr though, I can't seem to beat him no matter which way I try. Andrewsarchus was deff made for the Fenrir fight, because you cant get dismounted, but darn he's tough!! lol

Hawks even work in the tek cave boss fight as long as your not the last person left. Not sure about any others but know that from experience

If you want to do the Broodmother again I defeated her with shadowmanes quite easily. (50 health, 47 melee)
Fjordhawk works in boss arena and they donât count as a Dino because I did rag bosses with it and a full army and was fine

Custome paint jobs would be cool like a custom recipe but its by region and colour and made a dye that dyes specific regions

Just a question, why don't you take the mutated females and just breed them with the base male to get a male with the mutation you want?
He has to put the females back into place but with 1 male and 50 females that is 50 desmos being made every breed as opposed to one
I haven't played in a while but I did beat the broodmother and megapthices alpha with shadowmanes and they didn't get to hurt it went very well and next when I play ill try to kill the dragon also those 2 were the first bosses I have ever killed

I was unaware a gas mask was needed and I've killed it at least 16 times now... I think they took that out for DLC.

Fjordhawks do work in boss arenas I forgot to take off mine in the monkey boss and I died there but my hawk brought everything back. Also it was on official server so yes definitely works
LoL why wouldn't u find alot of Sarco's in a swamp, its a SWAMP Syntac, you'll find crocodiles there irl you'd probably find Super Gators there in ark which makes total sense, lots of Ambush points etc

Just wondering: I use the crafting skill potion mod, but I've never worked out how to turn it off before the timer ends? Does anyone reading this know? Also Syntac, if you see this - Keep up the awesome work, love the channel!
You have to add it into your Gameuser INI file. They have it listed on the workshop. Just copy, paste, and make sure it says enablemanualdeactivation=true
And then once you do that you hold R and it will give you the option
