Yes, the downtown was was a ghost town this year when city council forced the event out of the downtown and onto private property. But hopefully it keeps getting bigger and better every year even if the mayor and council won't support it.

Thanks. Getting better at flying that drone every time I take it out for a flight. Almost needed a second person to run the one camera while I flew the drone but I managed to operate them both at the same time.

Yes, we used to have a huge biker reunion here that same weekend every year and the last big one, over 6000 bikers showed up to raise money for local cancer. Bikers from all over the world showed up. Then year back it came to an end. The city council didn't support it at all including this year when organizers made plans to bring back big celebrations for this area after New Liskeard even lost the summerfest and fireworks. Still no fireworks this year but it's a start. Leave it to government to ruin anything good. But glad the volunteer organizers went above the political pushback and still went ahead with this event by moving it onto private land off city property. Us residents are a little peeved at city hall to say the least trying to stop anything fun from happening to bring in tourist dollars.
