I always wanted to make a clip of Ottaspace but I never thought I'd be clipping their divorce damn.
While I wasn't really there from when they first started, I know that Ottaspace has a lot of history, and I thought making a summary would be a fitting farewell.
When I heard the news about Miyu's graduation, I immediately got really sad. I feel like she's such an integral part of Nijisanji ID that it was hard for me to picture the group without her. But ultimately, it was her own decision and it probably was also hard for her to decide, I can only wish her well in her irl and future endeavors.
She's giving out her all before her graduation so be sure to support her until the end!

Only NIJISANJI ID that will make a clownfest out of a member graduation. The constant gaslighting, the dark jokes, sometimes it do be astonishing to see. But then again, if its hard on us, it must have been harder for them.
But ngl, my favorite part was when Miyu runs to Derem's arm who was quiet the entire stream and just said "Sorry, i see a pretty girl" during her divorce proceeding. True comedy. I'll cry my eyes out on Sunday.

Indonesian people likes to use joke as a coping mechanism, but only to some extent. We won't joke for real death and natural disaster. However it maybe still sounds a bit insensitive for people from different country.

Disclaimer, I took this way too seriously and went down a rabbit hole of divorce laws and LGBT rights. You have been warned.
4:08 as a law student in the last year of university (not Indonesian Law, but still) here (in Turkey) someone leaving their married partner alone and leaving (for six months) is considered grounds for divorce and the abandoned spouse (Azura in this case I guess) can file for divorce (well, broadly speaking. Specifically, the abandoned spouse can ask the courts after 4 months of abandonment, then a notice is made by the court and the spouse doing the abandoning is to return to the family home (the English legal term would be common domicile, I think?) in 2 months. If that isn't done then one could actually go to court for the actual divorce). (Turkish Civil Law article 164, divorce grounds; abandonment)
Thought of course, in this material case there is no factual abandonment/leaving yet.
But well, under Turkish Law, you can't divorce without a reason. From my lecturers I have come to understand that "severe incompatibility" or "irretrievable breakdown of marriage" (article 166) is the most common reason used when the parties in question (spouses) don't have any of the divorce reasons stated in law. As far as I understand if the situation is that both want a divorce but don't proparly have a reason a judge will just accept this one if you give it (thought of course if one party were to claim it and other oppose the divorce it would come to an actual divorce lawsuit).
(Having looked it up, thankfully English Wikipedia does give the grounds for divorce in Indonesia. There is the desertion/abandonment one, but Wikipedia says it requires two years of it, so that's a no go. However, thankfully, "irreconcilable differences" are mentioned as one of the grounds so we can use that.)
So yeah, it seems that according to both Turkish and Indonesian laws with the legal grounds of "irreconcilable differences/severe incompatibility/irretrievable breakdown of marriage" Ottaspace could get a divorce.
(5:16 adultery is also grounds for divorce in both Turkish and Indonesian Law)

That is if they were actually married, and neither Turkey nor Indonesia recognizes same-sex marriage. And y'know, you can't get divorced unless you were married. Thought hey, at least LGBT relationships aren't illegal in either country (well, except for Aceh)(Thought otherwise Indonesia is more liberal than Turkey, at least legally speaking)(and while it might not legally be a problem there is the issue of a significant number of anti-LGBT people in both countries)
