It was obvious to me that Ida has been hurt by the person she described as a hard no (lazy, sitting on their phone at home, not working, etc) and she hasn't processed it, which is why she's still upset when talking about it. I've definitely done this before and not realized it in the past. If someone asks me what my red flags are and I just word for word ]describe my ex, I still have some healing left to do.
