They always had a great relationship despite Brock being the son of her enemy. This was a great scene between two old friends.

Honestly, and this is just my opinion, she didn't reach "full camp" until her very last year on the show.
But Brock was one of the few people that brought out the best in Jill.

Because Brock was one of few people who was always kind and caring towards her no matter what. He always had a soft spot for her and she a soft spot for him.
