A blue rotating beacon is mounted that indicating that Brynolf are out mowing.

A motion detector is also installed which is linked to our alarmsystem. - Jak na to + styl

A how to on How you got the door working would be great
not a mechanic, more a I.T guy, but it doesn't look that complex at a guess, I think its along the design of, its a door with a stopping mechanism and release.
basically mower push's door open which when reach's height a latch/brake mechanism gets engaged to keep it open.
you will notice in the vid when it returns it push's a bar, that bar then releases that latch/mechanism and that allows the door to naturally come back down into rest.
no idea how exactly you build that but the idea is straight forward enough.
was watching someone else with something like this.
I think this guy could be missing a trick, if he offered to make them on commission or such for people.
looking at automatic mowers now (my house Roomba is currently running as I type) but I think will wait till the tech doesn't need guide wires or such.
