- Use this remastered meditation (originally created December 2018) to extract toxic energies from your physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies.
We can take on toxic energies whilst moving through this 3D world. The accumulation of toxic energies in the body can lead, in time, to disease. Removing these energies allows more space for your own natural light in the body.
In this meditation we call upon Metatron and Sandalphon to create sets of four etheric quartz crystals to scan and extract toxic energies plus other peoples energies from your energy fields and physical body.

I was just going to say that!! Or something very similar - I Had a bit of a tough day yesterday & was feeling releasing a lot of sadness & feelings of childhood abuse, feeling alone, victim mindset grief a lot. I was just going through it. I woke up feeling like I had sweat out 2 lt. Deeply rested and greatful to be alive. I'm taking it slow, easy today & everything is just lining up in the most basic way to remind me I'm here with many others who are of the light we are here for a reason and to be love. To be happy to let ourselves be free despite whatever the world is showing we can connect to the light. 🤍 Asé light beings. We are a unity source and there is nothing wrong for we are simply experiencing everything. AND we have resources like this. Steve thank you SO much for helping me feel connected to my own divinity to true love, light & to others who understand there is more to this life than we'll ever really know but as we are on the leading edge of evolution. Peace, joy, happiness & love. Blessed be. And so it is. 🙏🏻❤️

I absolutely love this meditation. I've been using this meditation weekly for roughly 4 months (maybe longer) and it helps so much with releasing lower energies from all levels. For someone who suffered severe depression and anxiety, this has been the most rewarding and helpful meditation. Successfully came off 17+ years of antidepressants thanks to this meditation 🧘🏼♀️. Thank you Steve, yesterday morning both my kidneys were attacke with horrible pain. All day long I was disabled to to something. Then I went to bed and found this medicine to release toxic waste. Steve I'm so thankful for the work you do! I've spent the last few months manifesting a wonderful opportunity for myself and my partner. It took a lot of work to get here and its beautiful but the push I needed to actually make it happen has filled my body with what feels like 6 months of stress and fear.
I've been taking baby steps to release in the ways I know work for me, movement, singing, plenty of water, nature and so on but I feel so full of things that aren't my own, so full of stress and anxiety, I haven't been able to truly relax or recieve the miracle that's just happened for me.
As always Steve you are right on time. I'm looking forward to this, thank you for your generous work. :)
