Not big on raw meat of any kind, esp. fish. I even do steak medium or medium well. Christmas to me is Ham, Turkey, or Roast Beast, er ah Roast Beef I mean (Grinch reference there).

My understanding is that essentially it has to do with being flash frozen at a cold enough temperature to kill parasites.

Ha yeah lots of different ways to approach. I just shoot for good versions of everything
I love all the dishes and the food looks amazing, but there was an unfortunate excess of mouth/chewing sounds.
